尿卟啉谱分析在卟啉病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :建立新的卟啉化合物的快速测定法 ,确定卟啉病诊断用的尿卟啉谱。方法 :用反相 -高效液相色谱法测定卟啉代谢病病人尿液各种卟啉化合物的含量。结果 :建立了一套在 1 0 min内测定卟啉化合物的方法和卟啉病诊断卟啉谱。结论 :该法简便、快速 ,准确度高 。Objective: To establish the method of quantitative analysis of porphyrins, and obtain the urinary porphyrin pattern for the diagnosis of porphyria. Methods: The quantitative analysis of urinary porphyrin was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results: The analytical procedure for porphyrins in a sample was completed within 10 min, and the porphyrin patterns for diagnostic system of porphyria was established. Conclusion: This method was found to be simple, quick and high accuracy. To provide the referenced foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of porphyria.\;
