摘　　要：QFD(质量功能分解)提供了一种以顾客需求为导向的新产品开发全过程的研究平台。本文阐述了QFD方法的三种模式、质量屋及其优缺点,探讨了模糊分析技术在处理QFD中不确定信息的有效性以及田口方法(稳健设计)在QFD方法的应用中创造优化制造环境的可能性,简单分析了当前QFD与多种分析技术和解决问题方法之间的研究进展,指出了值得进一步深入探讨的研究方向。QFD can be thought as a new product development research fra me work bas ed on customer requirements. The paper firstly clarifies the three mod els, hous e of quality (HoQ) and advantages/shortcomings about QFD, then discuss es the ef fectiveness that Fuzzy analysis technology deals with the uncertainty informatio n in QFD and probability that Robust design generates the optimal man ufacturing environments applied in QFD and enumerates simply the research devel opments betw een QFD and several analytical technologies or solutions at the pre sent times. F inally, the paper reveals the future worthwhile research direction s on integrati on QFD considered by authors.
