MBT直丝弓矫治器矫治效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :比较分析MBT直丝弓矫治器临床治疗时间及治疗效果。方法:随机选择43例AngleⅡ类一分类错牙合拔牙矫治的患者。其中16例采用MBT直丝弓矫治器矫治 ,27例采用标准方丝弓矫治器进行矫治 ,通过比较两种不同治疗方法的临床治疗时间及治疗效果 ,分析MBT矫治器的临床矫治步骤和应用特点。结果:MBT矫治技术矫治的患者疗程为18～22月 ,标准方丝弓矫治器为20～28月 ,通过矫治模型Andrews6项牙合标准分析。MBT直丝弓矫治器比标准方丝弓矫治器矫治的病例能取得更理想的牙合关系及准确的牙合位置。结论:MBT直丝弓矫治技术不仅能缩短疗程 。Objective:To Analyze the clinical treatment period and effects of MBT straight wire appliance.Methods:43cases(male24,female19,aged12～18yrs)AngleⅡpatients were chosen.16cases were treated by MBT straight wire appliance,27cases were treated by stanˉdard edgewise technique.Comparing with two methods,the following results was carried out.Results:The period of treatment of MBT straight wire was6～10months,while the standard edgewise technique was8～16months.Employ Andrews's six occlusion standard to analyze the therapeutic effect.It was found that MBT straight wire obtained more ideal occlusion and acˉcurate teeth position than standard edgewise technique.Conclusion:MBT straight wise appliˉances not only shortened the period of treatment,but also gained superior therapeutic effect.
