摘  要:目的 :探讨缺血预处理对大鼠常温缺血再灌注损伤是否有保护作用。方法 :SD大鼠分为 3组 ,假手术组 (S组 ) ,缺血再灌注组 (IR组 ) ,预处理组 (PC组 )。于再灌注 2 4h取血、尿及肾组织标本 ,行血肌酐 (Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、一氧化氮 (NO)、尿微量白蛋白 (UALB)、尿α1 微球蛋白 (U α1 M)测定及形态学检查。结果 :(1 )血Scr、BUN、MDA、尿UALB、Uα1 M :PC组明显低于IR组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )血SOD、NO :PC组明显高于IR组 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (3)形态学 :IR组可见大量肾小管坏死 ,超微结构多呈不可逆性改变。PC组肾小管坏死较少 ,超微结构多为可逆性改变。结论Objective:To design and establish a model to examine whether ischemic preconditioning confers protection from the effects of normothermic ischemia reperfusion injury of the rat kidney.Methods:SD rats were randomized into three groups:Sham operated group(group S),Ischemia reperfusion group(group IR),Ischemic preconditioning groups(PC).The left renal underwent 60 minute of ischemia and 24 hours of reperfusion.The samples of blood,urine and renal tissue, which were for studying the SCr,BUN,MDA,SOD,UALB,Uα1 M and renal morphology,were gained at the time when 60 minutes ischemia and 24 hours reperfusion were completed.Results:(1)Scr BUN UALB Uα1 M Blood MDA:The values in group PC were signicant lower than that in growp IR( P <0.05).(2)Blood SOD NO:The values in group PC was significant higher than that in group IR( P <0.05).(3)Morphology:In group IR patch necrosis of renal tubules and the ultrastructural damages seen on electoscopy were irreversible.Whereas in group PC scattered necrosis of renal tubules could be seen and the most of the ultrastructural damages were reversible.Conclusion:Ischemic preconditioning can protect the rat kidney from normothermic ischemia reperfusion injury.
