摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展 ,中小企业有了更多跨国经营的机会 ,但由于种种原因 ,我国目前中小企业跨国经营还存在较大困难。今后 ,一方面要为中小企业跨国经营创造更宽松更优越的宏观环境 ;另一方面 ,中小企业要利用自己的相对优势 。With the development of economy globalization, the medium and small enterprises have more chances to run transnational businesses. But now they still have great difficulty dealing with multinational businesses for some reasons. In the future, on the one hand, we shall give the medium and small enterprises more freedom and superiority, and on the other hand, the medium and small enterprises should take advantage of their own superiority to carry out a practical strategy.
