摘　　要：　如何消除制件在拉深过程中出现的破裂、皱折是生产中经常遇到的难题。因为造成拉深件破裂、皱折的原因是复杂多样的,而且解决问题的根本方法正是目前研究的焦点。为满足实际需要根据拉深件上常出现的破裂和皱折的形式,分析产生的原因及消除的方法。It is a frequent problem to avoid breaks and wrinkles of products during the process of stretching due to the varied and complicated causes of breaks and wrinkles ,.the present research and study focus on approach to the problem. Based on the forms of break and wrinkles turned out on products, this article, through analyzing the causes, summarizes the methods to rid breaks and wrinkles. 
