摘  要:目的 观察单核细胞趋化蛋白 1(monocytechemotacticprotein 1,MCP 1)和基质金属蛋白酶 2 (matrixmetalloproteinase 2 ,MMP 2 )在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)增生膜中的表达。方法 玻璃体手术取出的PVR增生膜 2 4例 ,其中C级膜 11例 ,D级膜13例 ,用免疫组织化学方法检测MCP 1和MMP 2的表达。结果 在全部 2 4例增生膜中 ,MCP 1和MMP 2均有表达 ,MCP 1阳性表达 8例 ,强阳性表达 16例 ;MMP 2阳性表达 7例 ,强阳性表达 17例。结论 MCP 1和MMP 2均存在于PVR增生膜中 ,提示 2者在PVR增生膜的形成和PVR发生发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP 1) and matrix metalloproteinase 2(MMP 2) in human periretinal membranes of proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR).Methods Twenty four specimens of periretinal membranes of PVR( 11 specimens of C grade and 13 of D grade)obtained during vitrectomy were studied by immunohistochemical staining to determine the expression of MCP 1 and MMP 2.Results Immunohistochemical study indicated that MCP 1 and MMP 2 had both a positive staining in all the periretinal membranes of PVR. MCP 1 had a positive staining in 8 of 24 membranes and a strong positive staining in the remaining; MMP 2 had a positive staining in 7 of 24 membranes and a strong positive staining in the rest.Conclusion MCP 1 and MMP 2 both exist in human periretinal membranes of PVR and may play an important role in the development of PVR.
