双氯芬酸钠眼液加强表面麻醉剂在超声乳化术中的作用

摘　　要：目的　研究双氯芬酸钠眼液加强表面麻醉剂在超声乳化术中的麻醉效果。方法　对 2 0 0眼分别采用表面麻醉剂及前列腺素抑制剂后行白内障超声乳化术 ,观察其止痛效果。结果　 6 2眼采用 5g·L-1Alcaine麻醉的患者术中有痛感的占19% (12眼 ) ,而 138眼同时应用 5g·L-1Alcaine及 1g·L-1双氯芬酸钠眼液的患者在术中有痛感的占 8% (11眼 ) ,后者明显低于前者。结论　采用前列腺素抑制剂和表面麻醉剂不仅能在术中有良好的麻醉效果 ,而且还可抑制术后的炎性反应。Objective To study the promoting effects of topi cal anesthesia with diclofenac sodium eye drops in phacoemulsif ication.Methods Phacoemulsification was performed on 200 eyes with 5g·L -1 proparacaine(alcaine)and diclofenac sodium eye drops respectively to study their effects on pain easing.Results Out of 62 eyes in which 5g·L -1 alcaine was used in the surgery,there were 19%(12 eyes) that the patients reported of feeling pain during operations.Yet,out of 138 eyes in which 5g·L -1 alcaine and 1g·L -1 diclofenac sodium eye drops were used in the surgery,there were only 8%(11 eyes)that the patients reported of feeling pain during operations.Conclusion This method can achieve not only good anesthesia results for patients during surgery,but also good anti inflammatory results after surgery by using both two kinds medicines at the same time.But it is also important that the doctor should choose suitable cases.
