摘　　要：群组软件过程是实现软件开发科学化管理的一种有效的手段。本文首先介绍了群组软件过程的基本内容 ;然后提出了群组软件过程应用中必然会遇到的三类问题 ,并结合自己的研究给出了相应的解决方案 ;最后 ,介绍了正在开发的一个群组软件过程运作支持环境。TSP(Team Software Process)is an effective way to implement scientific management of the development of software.In the first peace of this article,a brief introduction to TSP is given.Then three kinds of problems that will be encountered in the course of the application of TSP are brought forward,and the solutions to these problems have been studied out based on our research.In the end,an environment that supports the enactment of TSP is provided.
