摘　　要：知识库系统是生态环境监测与管理系统研究的重要部分。本文分析了知识库系统的构成及设计 ,重点研究了模糊知识的表示及应用 ,并介绍了应用环境模型、应用领域库、应用实例库等知识库的具体构成和设计。Knowledge base is an important part of the ecological environmental monitoring system.In this article,we focus our discussion on the components and design of knowledge base,especially the representations and applications of fuzzy knowledge and introduce the facture components and design,such as the application environment model,applied fields base,and living example base.
