摘  要:本文叙述三硼酸锂(LBO)单晶中包裹物的 X 射线衍射形貌和光学观测结果,讨论了三种形态的包裹物即斜方双锥形、长条形和球形的可能成因,以及它们在 X 射线衍射形貌图中的应力场衬度和包裹诱发位错的严重程度及其结构影响因素。Inclusions in crystal of Lithium Boric Oxide (LBO) have beenstudied by using X-ray diffraction topography and optical microscopy in thispaper.Possible origins of the three main inclusions,orthorhombic bipyramidsand spherical bubbles in shapes,and their X-ray topographic contrast as wellas the inclusion-induced dislocations,were brief discussed experimentally andstructurally.The induced dislocations,if compared with the grown-in ones,arevery severe and in higher density.They usually form a network on (010)plane,and cast a number of thicker dislocation strain layers parallel to (010)planes in (100) or (001) specimen plates in which different inclusions present.These are due to more loose packing of B-O rings or Li^+ on (010) face.Sothey can easily be displaced through deformation to those directions with thelow index on the plane for forming nearly all pure screw dislocations with<100>、<001>、and <101> as their Burgers vectors.The results show thatonly over coming the inclusion formation in the growth process will greatlyincrease the crystal perfection.
