摘　　要：本文调查了东北地区鄂伦春族、锡伯族和汉族3个人群共计510人的血浆结合珠蛋白的遗传多态性以及和ABO血型系统的相关研究。经x^2检验,3个人群中HP的表型分布均符合Hardy—wcinbrg法则。分别计算了每个人群中Hp基因频率,比较了3个人群的Hp表型分布及基因频率。The haptoglobin groups were typed for 510 subjects from 3 ethnic groups, Han, Olunchun and Xibo in the northeast region of China. The gene frequencies of haptoglobin were calculated in 3 ethnic groups and were compared with each other. The distributions of Hp phenotype were compared and no evidence of difference among these 3 populations was found. Association of Hp gene with ABO blood group was also studied.
