摘　　要：[目的 /意义]每一个建筑设计产品都是知识创新的产物。因其产品的特殊性,建筑设计企业更加注重发挥知识管理在其生产过程中的作用。[方法 /过程]通过案例分析,阐述北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司(BIAD)对知识管理理念的思考,介绍BIAD知识管理平台及分析平台多个模块及其在运营和生产过程中的应用实践效果。[结果 /结论 ]总结BIAD知识管理平台的七大功能模块、构建步骤及应用的实践效果,尤其是知识管理平台建设的经验,以期对同类型企业有所启发。[Purpose/significance] Every architectural design product is the product of knowledge innovation. Because of the particularity of the products, architectural design enterprises pay more attention to the role of knowledge management in their production process. [Method/process] Through the case analysis, this paper expounded the thinking of knowledge management concept of Beijing Institute of Architectural Design(BIAD), introduced BIAD knowledge management platform, and analyzed the multiple modules of the platform and their application in the operation and production process. [Result/conclusion] This paper summarizes the seven major functional modules of BIAD knowledge management system, and the practical steps of construction and application, especially the experience of the knowledge management system construction, so as to inspire the same type of enterprises.
