入世背景下我国教育投资现状与多元化策略

摘　　要：教育投资直接影响一个国家的教育结构、教育质量、教育发展规模及发展速度。投资不足,分配不合理,使用效益低,保障政策难以落实及投资比例失调,是我国教育投资制约教育发展需求的主要原因。为此,有必要建立起"政府主导、多元投资、机制创新、加强监督"的多元化投资策略,完善多渠道投资体系,合理分配投入,提高经费使用效益。Educational investment makes direct influence on state's educational structure,educational quali-ty and developing scale and speed.There exist some factors including insufficient investment ,unreason-able distribution lower efficacy of using,unbalanced investmen t which re strict the development of educa-tion.So we should establish multiple tactics of investment,perfect in vestment system,distribute input rea-sonably and improve the efficacy of fund.
