摘 要:功能动作筛查是功能训练体系中的第1部分,运用该测试可以识别高水平排球队员的基本动作能力和损伤风险,能发现运动员潜在的动作模式不良和身体的薄弱环节,提示运动损伤风险,为改进训练计划,针对性康复训练提供参考。为协助教练员制订训练计划,减少伤病发生及提高运动水平提供理论依据。选取海南师范大学30名高水平排球队员进行身体动作模式测评,由4名评分员进行评分,各项评分一致性良好(k=0.68~1)。结论显示:通过FMS测试结果发现,近一半队员得分低于14分,且男女差异不显著。控体俯撑、肩部灵活性、体旋和深蹲测试是排球队员容易出现疼痛项目,疼痛部位主要在腰、肩、踝部;对称性测试项目中控体俯撑男女运动员得分最低,且女性对比男性差异显著;非对称项目测试中,体旋得分最低,过栏架步、前后分腿蹲两项测试左右不对称比例最高。Functional Movement Screen(FMS) is the first part of functional training system,using FMS can identify high level volleyball player basic action ability and injury risk,discover athlete potential movement mode badness and weak part of body,remind sports injury risk,so as to provide reference to improve training plan and targeted rehabilitation training. Providing theoretical reference to help coach make training plan,reduce injury and improve competitive level. 30 high level volleyball players from Hainan Normal University are selected for body movement mode test,scores have good consistency(k=0.68~1)by four scorers. Result shows: through FMS test,nearly half players' score are lower than 14 points,and no significant differences between men and women. Push-up,shoulder mobility,rotary stability and deep squat are easy happening painful event for volleyball player,mainly in waist,shoulder and ankle. Push-up in symmetry test scores lowest for men and women,and a significant difference is found in women and men. In asymmetric event test,rotary stability scores lowest,hurdle step and in-line lunge have the highest percentage of asymmetry.
