我国专业体育院校教师满意度量表编制——基于高等院校自我评价的研究

摘　　要：教师满意度与学校的教学质量、师资队伍稳定性等问题密切相关,是高等院校开展自我评价的一个重要指标。研究以促进高等院校自我评价为出发点,通过对我国6所重点专业体育院校的一千余名教师进行调查,编制了《我国专业体育院校教师满意度调查量表》,该量表包括3个维度(管理与发展、工作性质和非工资待遇)27个题项,量表体现出了被调查的对象的特点。通过进一步分析证明该量表具有良好的信效度,模型拟合度达标。研究编制的《我国专业体育院校教师满意度量表》可以为我国专业体育院校管理层提供学校自我评价的工具,为提高教师满意度和归属感,降低离职率提供帮助。The teacher satisfaction had the close relationship with teaching quality and team stability.And it's an important index for self-assessment of high education.The study had developed a scale of teacher satisfaction for Sport University in China base on the theory of self-assessment.The scale includes 3dimensionalities and 27 items.And the scale has good reliability and validity after further analysis.This study had provided a tool for self-assessment of Sport University in China.And this scale would also improve the teacher satisfaction and sense of belonging and reduce employee turnover.
