摘　　要：目的 :通过 2 3例病例分析 ,探讨牙根纵折的原因和预防方法。方法 :对 2 3例牙根纵折病例进行回顾性分析 ,总结牙根纵折的原因、临床表现、诊断依据和防治措施。结果 :牙根纵折患者 2 3例 ,其中无髓牙 12例 ,包括根管治疗术后 5例 ,桩核冠修复后 7例 ;活髓牙 11例 ,均存在不同程度牙周炎和咬合创伤。结论 :活髓牙纵折的原因主要是牙周炎和咬合创伤 ,无髓牙纵折的原因主要是牙体组织去除过多和治疗操作不当引起的不良应力。牙根纵折的临床表现不一 ,大多只表现为轻微的咬合不适和咀嚼痛 ,X线检查有助诊断 ;对牙根纵折缺乏有效治疗方法 ,因而须以预防为主。AIM:To study the causes of vertical root fracture and the prevention methods.METHODS:23 cases were analyzed by respective study to analyze the cauese,clinical characters.diagnosis and prevention methods of vertical root fracture.RESULTS:Among the 23 cases,12 cases were teeth witheut pulp tissue including 5 endodentically treated teeth and 7 post-crown restorated teeth;the other 11 cases were vital teeth with periodontitis and occlusal traumatism.CONCLUSION:Periodentitis and occlusal traumatism were the main causes of vital teeth fracture.The excessive remove of tooth tissue and the accumulated stress were the main causes of endodontically treated teeth fracture.X-ray examination was helpful to diagnosis.Prevention methods should be taken for lacking of effective treatment on teeth fracture.
