摘　　要：目的 :为完成中国数字化人体及三维重建技术向教学和临床过渡奠定基础。方法 :对尸体头部行冰冻切片后 ,采用国内主流微机和数码摄影技术 ,利用自编软件 ,对基底核区的复杂结构进行三维重建及显示。结果 :重建后的图像轮廓清晰 ,可任意旋转、剖割、拆分和透明处理等。结论Objective:To complete the chinese digital human body and three dimensional reconstruction and to make a base for teaching and clinic use. Methods:After doing with the body head by the freeze section,the advanced PC,digital camera,corpus and the software of self made were used to reconstructe and display the complex structure of basal nuclei. Results:After reconstruction,the figure became clear and could be revolved,cut and done vitrification freely.Conclusion:The reconstruction of the cerebral basal nuclei of the Chinese has just been finished. [
