摘  要:目的 :观察甘氨酸 -钼锗酸盐体内抑瘤效应及其抑瘤机理。方法 :建立荷 MGC- 80 3小鼠模型 ,灌药物 1 0 d,MTT法测定抑瘤率 ;MTT法测定 MGC- 80 3小鼠淋巴细胞转化功能及 NK细胞活性 ;通过荧光染色观察 BGC- 82 3细胞凋亡形态及慧星细胞形成。结果 :甘氨酸 -钼锗酸盐显著抑制荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ;显著提高荷瘤小鼠淋巴细胞的转化功能及 NK细胞活性( P<0 .0 5 ) ;诱导肿瘤细胞发生凋亡及破坏肿瘤细胞 DNA。结论 :甘氨酸 -钼锗酸盐可通过提高机体免疫细胞活性、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡及破坏肿瘤细胞Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of (glyH) 3GeMo 12 O 40 ·3H 2O on tumor cell line in vivo and its antitumor mechanism. Methods:MGC 803 bearing mouse model was set up, and treated with drug for 10 days, then inhibitory rate of tumor cells was investigated lymphocyte transformation function and NK cell activity were detected by MTT method, observe morphology of apoptosis of tumor cell under fluorescent microscope and comet cell forming were observed. Results:(glyH) 3GeMo 12 O 40 ·3H 2O inhibited the growth of tumor of MGC 803 bearing mouse significantly( P <0.05),improved lymphocyte transformation function and NK cell activity significantly( P <0.05), apoptosis of tumor cell and comet cell forming were observed under light microscope. Conclusion: (glyH) 3GeMo 12 O 40 ·3H 2O may inhibites the growth of cancer significantly by up regulate activity of immunocyte, induce apoptosis of tumor cell and destroy DNA of tumor cell. [
