摘 要:本文结合压电驱动器和T型摩擦阻尼器的特点,提出了压电-T型变摩擦阻尼器,并建立了阻尼器输入电压主动调节或按位移和速度相关调节的阻尼力模型。其次,设计制作了最大阻尼力450N、阻尼力可调倍数2.5~3倍的小比例模型压电-T型变摩擦阻尼器,进行了可调阻尼力性能试验,得到了输入电压主动调节和分别按位移和速度相关调节的阻尼力滞回曲线,试验结果与阻尼力模型分析结果吻合较好。此外,探讨了压电-T型变摩擦阻尼器的规格化设计,分别设计了最大阻尼力20kN和200kN、阻尼力可调倍数2的压电-T型变摩擦阻尼器参数。压电-T型变摩擦阻尼器构造简单、阻尼力调节方便、响应迅速,是一种性能优燎能阻尼器。In this paper, based on the configuration and mechanical characteristics of piezoelectric actuator and T shape friction damper, a piezoelectric-T shape variable friction damper is presented and its damping model is established corresponding to actively adjusting input voltage or adjusting input voltage in displacement-dependent and velocity-dependent modes. Then, a scale piezoelectric-T shape variable friction damper with maximum damping force 450N and 2.5-3 adjustable ratio of damping force is designed and made, and its displacement-dependent and velocity-dependent damping hysteretic curves are obtained by means of adjustable damping property tests. The tested results show that the tested damping curves are consistent with the predicted curves by the model. Finally, the standard damper design is discussed and also two dampers respectively with maximum damping force 20kN and 200kN and 2 adjustable ratio of damping force are designed. Piezoelectric-T shape variable friction damper have such advantages as simple configuration, convenient damping force adjustability and rapid response and may be a new smart damper with excellent damping properties.
