摘 要:目的 在平衡牙合及非平衡牙合状态下 ,对上颌总义齿沿基托中线应变分布进行比较研究。方法 采用有限元法依次对有无正中牙合干扰的上总义齿基托模型进行计算分析 ;采用口内动态电阻应变法 ,分别在平衡牙合及非平衡牙合状态下测量基托中线各点应变值。结果 无论有无正中牙合干扰 ,基托最大应变值均在前部 ,非平衡牙合时应变值明显大于平衡牙合时。结论 非平衡牙合时更易产生基托正中裂 ,对伴有牙合不平衡的正中裂义齿 ,修理后除要调牙合外 。Objective To study the strain distribution along midline of maxillary complete denture base under the condition of balanced and unbalanced occlusion.Methods The finite element analysis was employed and the strain values of the base model were calculated in vitro study with or not centric occlusal interference; The strain values were investigated before and after the centric occlusal interference by means of dynamic resistance technique in vivo study.Results The largest strain value was found at front part of the base plate,whether the occlusal interference occurred or not.The data on unbalanced occlusion were larger than those on balanced condition.Conclusion Compared with balanced condition, it is easy to catch midline fracture when occlusal interference involved. Besides of the occlusal adjustment,the fitness of the tissue surface on base plate should be carefully paid attention after the repair of midline fracture caused by occlusal interference.
