摘　　要：目的　观察部分活髓切断术治疗年轻恒牙冠折露髓的临床效果。方法　对采用部分活髓切断术治疗的 4 4例冠折露髓患者的 4 6颗年轻恒前牙进行 1～ 6年的临床回顾性观察。结果　其中一颗牙齿在治疗后一年因修复体脱落而致牙髓坏死。其余 4 5颗牙齿均治疗成功 ,成功率为 97.81%。结论　对于冠折露髓的年轻恒牙 。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of partial pulpotomy on young permanent incisors with complicated crown fracture.Methods Forty four cases of complicated crown fracture included 46 young permanent incisors were treated by partial pulpotomy and assessed clinically by followed up 1 to 6 years.Results One of the teeth had pulp necrosis one year after treatment resulted from desquamation of covered material.The treatment was successful in 45 teeth ( 97.81% ).Conclusion Partial pulpotomy was a successful and effective treatment for young permanent teeth with complicated crown fracture.
