摘 要:目的比较下颌前部骨折应用拉力螺钉固定和小型接骨板固定的疗效。方法下颌前部单线骨折14例,应用1枚拉力螺钉固定,8例应用2块小型接骨板固定,术后2~3周、3~4个月复诊。比较两组术后牙合关系、牙合力及颏神经损伤等情况。结果2组患者在上述指标的比较中无显著性差异,但拉力螺钉固定组,平均手术时间较小型接骨板固定组显著缩短。结论下颌前部骨折用1枚拉力螺钉固定,即可达到与2块小型接骨板固定相近的临床效果;其手术操作简单,时间短,费用低,并可在骨折线上产生压应力,促进骨折愈合。Objective To compare the clinical result s of lag-screw fixation and miniplate fixation for the fractures of anterior mandi ble.Methods Fourteen patients with single anterior mandibular fractures were tre ated by lag-screw fixation and another eight patients were treated by miniplate fixation as the control group.The stability of fixation,occlusion,mean bite forc e of bilateral first molar and mental nerve injury were examined for the two gro ups of2to3weeks and3to4months post operation.Results No significant differences were found in the comparison of the above items between the two groups.But the o perative time of lag-screw fixation was much shorter than the miniplate fixatio n.Conclusion The lag-screw fixation is a form of compression fixation that can draw the fragments together and compress their surfaces as a re-sult of tractio n from the screw.Compared with bone plate fixation,It is a sample,effective and economic internal fixation device and easy to apply.
