摘　　要：在胶质瘤的基因治疗中,利用脑胶质瘤组织中相对特异性的标志物如表皮生长因子受体、端粒及端粒酶等实现目的基因在肿瘤组织的靶向性表达;同时对病毒载体进行重组,对肿瘤血管生成的抑制等实现选择性地、高效地对肿瘤组织的转染。In gene therapy, gene transfer is targeted into specific tumor tissue by using relatively specific markers in brain gliomas such as EGFR, telomere and telomerase. At the same time, viral vectors are recombined and antiangiogenesis is adopted, which makes transfection into gliomas more efficient and selective.
