摘 要:为了降低发动机的有害排放物 ,以车用 X6 130柴油机为基础 ,研究开发了车用柴油 /天然气双燃料发动机。首先确定双燃料发动机的技术方案 ,然后进行天然气 /空气混合器的设计与实验 ,最后进行双燃料发动机的台架性能实验。实验结果表明 :在全负荷时 ,与原型柴油机相比 ,双燃料发动机排气烟度明显降低 ,天然气替代率可超过 70 % ,而输出转矩和输出功率并没有降低。In order to reduce harmful emissions of engines, in this paper, on the basis of X6130 type diesel engine, a X6130 type diesel/CNG dual fuel bus engine was developed. The technical program was determined, a mixer of air and natural gas was designed and tested and a X6130 type diesel/CNG dual fuel engine was tested. The test results showed that at full load the exhaust smoke of the diesel/CNG dual fuel engine was reduced effectively as compared with a prototype diesel engine, the rate of the natural gas to the fuel (including natural gas and diesel oil) was over 70%, although the output torque and power of the diesel/CNG dual fuel engine were not lower than that of the prototype diesel engine. According the test results, the technical program for the diesel/CNG dual fuel engine presented in this paper proved practical and feasible.
