摘 要:用羟基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)低聚物为原料通过阴离子乳液聚合制备了聚硅氧烷乳液。研究了各种因素对乳液粒子粒径和聚合速度的影响,结果表明乳液粒子粒径随乳化压力的增大、反应时间的延长、平衡状态时,温度的降低而减小;而乳化次数对乳液粒子粒径没有多大影响;在一定范围内乳液粒子粒径还随乳化剂 羟基封端PDMS低聚物的质量比和乳化剂 水的质量比增大而减小;聚合速度却随乳化剂 羟基封端PDMS低聚物的质量比和乳化剂 水的质量比增大而增大。Silicone emulsion was prepared by cationic emulsion polymerization of oligomeric polydimethylsiloxanols. The effect of emulsification pressure, dosage of ingredient of emulsion, reaction time, reaction temperature and emulsification time on emulsion particle size and rate of polymerization was studied. It was found that the size of emulsion particle became smaller as the increase of emulsification pressure, reaction time, mass ratio of emulsifier to oligomeric polydimethylsiloxanols, and mass ratio of emulsifier to water within certain range. The falling of reaction temperature in the equilibrium conditions also made the emulsion particle smaller; however, the emulsification time di d not show obvious influence on the size of emulsion particle. Polymerization r ate could be increased by the increase of mass ratios of emulsifier to oligom eric polydimethylsiloxanols and to water.
