胃肠康冲剂改善胃肠功能的研究

摘　　要：为研究胃肠康冲剂对胃肠运动及胃液分泌功能的影响 ,以不同剂量的胃肠康冲剂对正常小鼠和新斯的明负荷小鼠分别进行胃排空和小肠推进试验 ;采用兔离体肠管对胃肠康冲剂进行肠运动试验 ;以不同剂量的胃肠康冲剂对大鼠进行胃液分泌试验。结果显示胃肠康冲剂具有明显的抑制胃肠运动作用 ,同时能够显著增加胃液总酸度和胃蛋白酶活性。To study the influence of WEICHANGKANG granules on gastrointestinal functions and secretion of gastric juice,different doses of the granules were used to make the gastric emptying and small intestines movement experiments in normal and the loading of neostigmine mice,to make the intestines movement experiment in isolated intestine tubes of rabbits,and to make the experiment of secretion of gastric juice in rats.The results showed that the granules could obviously inhibit gastrointestinal movements and increase the total acidity of gastric juice and gastric protease activity.
