摘　　要：目的　提高对儿童眶部绿色瘤CT表现的认识 ,探讨其CT诊断价值。　方法　分析两例骨髓涂片证实为急性粒细胞性白血病患者的眶部绿色瘤CT表现。　结果　眶部绿色瘤的CT表现有以下特点 :沿眶侧壁生长的多发梭形软组织密度肿物 ,中等度强化 ,常同时累及双眶 ,骨质破坏轻 ,可伴有放射状骨膜反应。Objective To enhance the understanding of CT manifestation of orbital chloroma in childhood and assess the value of CT diagnosis of the disease. Methods CT manifestation of two cases of chloroma proved by bone marrow aspirate was analysed.Results CT features of orbital chloroma are multiple masses with the shape of fusiform shown along the lateral orbital wall. The masses are often seen in bilateral orbit with homogeneous enhancement, demonstrating relatively little bony destruction.Radiate periosteal reaction can be seen occasionally in the diseaes. Conclusion CT scan of the orbit is the main method of early diagnosis of the disese.
