1996～2000年上海浦东新区主要恶性肿瘤发病分析

摘　　要：目的了解上海浦东新区 1996～ 2 0 0 0年恶性肿瘤发病规律和特点 ,为防治工作提供科学依据。方法对 1996～2 0 0 0年恶性肿瘤报告卡 ,根据 ICD- 9进行分类统计 ,计算发病率、标化发病率 ,并与 1996～ 2 0 0 0年的发病率进行比较。结果 1996～ 2 0 0 0年浦东新区男性恶性肿瘤发病率从 2 15 .15 / 10万上升至 4 19.99/ 10万 ,5年中年平均上升 18.2 0 % ;女性恶性肿瘤发病率从 16 7.19/ 10万上升至 32 9.2 7/ 10万 ,5年中年平均上升 18.4 6 %。从发病年龄而言 ,4 0岁以上恶性肿瘤的发病逐年明显升高。结论浦东新区 1996～ 2 0 0 0年恶性肿瘤发病逐年上升 ,主要恶性肿瘤中肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、女性乳腺癌、结肠癌、直肠癌、食管癌的年平均增长率分别为 2 7.4 2 %、13.96 %、2 5 .5 1%、11.4 3%、13.93%、16 .4 6 %、4 8.74 %。4 0岁以上年龄段人群是浦东新区恶性肿瘤的防治重点。Objective To explore the regularity and character of cancer incidence during 1996～2000 in Pudong New Area,and to provide scientific basis for working out a plan of prevention and control.Methods According to the ICD-9,the cancer registration cards during 1996～2000 of Pudong New Area were classified and analyzed.The incidence rate and standardized incidence rate in this period were calculated and compared with these in the period of 1996～2000 in Pudong New Area.Results During 1996～2000 in Pudong New Area,Cancer incidence rate increased from 215.15/10 5 to 419.99/10 5 in male,and from 167.19/10 5 to 329.27/10 5 in female;and increase per year was 18.20% in male and 18.46% in female during this five years.For man aged 40 years and over,the incidence rate of malignant cancer was increased with the age.Conclusion Cancer incidence increased year by year during 1996～2000 in Pudong New Area.The main cancers were lung cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,mammary cancer,colon cancer,rectum cancer and esophagus cancer.The increase rates per year for them were 27.42%,13.96%,25.51%,11.43%,13.93%,16.46% and 48.74%,respectively.The men aged over forty years old were the high risk popluation for cancer prevention in Pudong New Area.
