摘　　要：　校园图书馆的读书环境是学校育人环境的一个重要组成部分。读书环境的好坏,决定着图书馆服务质量的高低、学生素质与能力的培养,优化图书馆读者环境可以从文献资源体系、自动化建设、宣传和导读以及提高工作人员综合素质等方面进行。The reading atmosphere in the library on campus has played an important role in school's cultivation environmentWe can optimize reading atmosphere in the library form the aspects of cultural resource system, automation building,propaganda with guidance as well as improving the quality of the staff
