摘  要:简要介绍了生物芯片扫描仪控制系统的总体设计,并对其中关键技术单元,如荧光信号的探测预处理技术、系统零位的精确定位、工件台高速扫描控制技术等进行了详细的阐述。该控制系统及其关键技术单元经应用于我所新研制的激光共聚焦生物芯片扫描仪,系统运行稳定、控制可靠,完全能满足整机系统的要求。This paper briefly introduces the integer design of control system on biochip scanner,then dis-cusses particularly the key technology about the system,includes pre-disposing of fluorescence signal,ori-enting zero of system and controlling high speed scanning of scanner.It is proved that the control system and the key technology are steady and reliable after they are applied to the laser confocal biochip scanners which are independently designed and produced by ourselves,and they can achieve demands of the biochip scanner.
