摘　　要：高新技术产业的内涵,是指高新技术通过研究开发、产业化或不断向传统产业渗透,生产出高新技术产品,成功地进入市场,从而形成现实生产力的知识与技术密集、高效率与高效益的产业群。其主要特征是:高知识技术密集、高研究开发资金密集、高附加值、高增长率、高更新速度。实证分析表明,我国高新技术产业发展水平,目前仍处于初级阶段。Hi-tech industry are those that produce, by research and development, industrializing, or penetrating traditional industries, Hi-tech products, entering successfully into the markets, and shape the practical productivity. Their main characteristics are: high knowledge and technology intensive, high R&D capital intensive, high value-added, high growth rate, and high updating rate. Positive analysis shows that our Hi-tech industry is still at the primary stage.
