摘　　要：将光滑Pritchard Salamon系统的线形二次控制问题的可解性,Riccati方程解的存在唯一性及频域不等式三者之间的等价性结果推广到非光滑P S系统(不含光滑性条件的P S系统).这些推广对建立非光滑Pritchard Salamon系统的控制理论是非常重要的.Theauthorsdealedwiththelinearquadraticcontrolproblem(LQ problem)forthenon smoothPritchard Salamonsystem .AndobtainedtheequivalenceamongthesolvabilityoftheLQ problem ,theexistenceofasolutiontoaRiccatiequation ,andafrequencydomaininequality .The resultisveryimportanttoestablishthecontroltheoryofthenonsmoothPritchard Salamonsys tem .
