摘 要:研究并开发了树脂法提取并分离黄芪中总黄酮与总甙的工艺.用乙醇提取,H-107吸附树脂富集,D280大孔强碱离子交换树脂分离.本工艺提取黄芪总黄酮平均收率为0.60%,纯度为94.2%,黄芪总甙收率为0.028%,纯度为83.1%.Techniques of extraction and separation of general flavones and general saponins in astragalus root were studied and developed in this paper. Ethanol was used to extract, the adsorb resin model H107 was used to enrich, and the alkali exchange resin model D280 was used to separate. The average product ratio for general flavones from astragalus root in this paper is 0. 60%, and the pure degree 94. 2%; the average product ratio for general saponins from astragalus root is 0. 028% , and the pure degree 83. 1%.
