摘  要:企业的竞争优势是企业在有效的市场向消费者提供具有价值的产品的过程中超越其他竞争对手的能力,主要表现为企业优于产业平均水平的经营业绩.知识作为企业持续竞争优势的源泉的原因一方面是由于企业具有的知识存量的类型和特性决定的,即具有意会性、过程性的知识与复杂性、相互关联性特点作用产生"原因模糊"使其难以观察和模仿;另一方面在于路径依赖性和历史依存性,使竞争优势得以保持和扩大.此外,企业持续竞争优势还必须依赖于企业这种知识保护的制度,即企业提供一种"隔离机制"以保护企业的知识创新不被竞争对手盗用或模仿.Competitive advantages of the firm is abilities that the firm owns superior to competitors in the process of providing valuable products to consumers in an effective market, which can be measured by higher performances above industrial average level. The reasons that a firm acquires sustained competitive advantages depend on not only the types and characteristics of knowledge system the firm possesses(such as unspecifiability, procedurality, complexity, interrelativity and pathdependence), the interactions of which result in 'causal ambiguity' which makes valuable knowledge hardly be observed, but also knowledge protection mechanism that the firm has, which provides and 'isolating mechanism' to protect its new knowledge not to be appropriated or imitated by competitors.
