摘　　要：如何解决信息技术与企业管理、组织结构的协调发展问题有着非常重要的现实意义,通过对“新工业工程”和“汇聚工程”的比较分析,对“汇聚工程”提出了新的理解,使之包容“新工业工程”的基本框架,并弥补“汇聚工程”在业务过程重组实施问题上存在的不足,进而提出“新汇聚工程”的概念。“新汇聚工程”的观点主要用来解决信息技术与组织业务的同步实施问题。How to solve the synchronize development problem of information technology and enterprise's management and organization structure have very important realistic meaning. This paper,through comparing and analyzing ''new industry enginccring'and 'convergent engineering',brings forward the new understanding of 'convergent engineering'. The new understanding of 'convergent engineering'contains basic frame of 'new industry engi-neering'and remedies the shortage of 'convergent engineering'in BPR's implement issue. Further this paper brings forward the concept of 'new convergent engineering'. Viewpoint of 'new convergent engineering'is mainly used for settling the problem of synchronize implement of IT and organization operation.
