摘 要:采用射频等离子体技术制备了α Al2 O3 (MgO修饰 )负载钯催化剂 ,以乙炔选择加氢为模型反应考察了制备方法、钯含量、助剂种类及反应温度对催化剂性能的影响 .结果表明 ,采用等离子体技术制备的催化剂具有催化活性及乙烯选择性高、操作简便和工艺流程短等优点 ,在 5 0℃下反应时乙炔转化率可达 10 0 % ,乙烯选择性可达 71 3% ,而且在反应 2 0h后催化剂样品仍保持有高活性 .CeO2 助剂的加入能改善催化剂的催化性能 .The selective hydrogenation of acetylene to ethylene is an important process used to purify ethylene streams containing trace amount of acetylene for the production of polyethylene. Palladium based catalyst supported on α Al 2O 3 for selective hydrogenation of acetylene was prepared by glow discharge plasma. The effects of preparation methods, palladium content, promoter and reaction temperature on the catalytic performance of the catalyst were investigated. It was found that the performance of the catalyst samples prepared by plasma is superior to that of the samples prepared by conventional impregnation, and the preparation process via plasma method is simple, quick, and easy to be controlled. The catalyst was stable during the reaction for more than 20 h, and C 2H 2 conversion of 100% and C 2H 4 selectivity of 71 3% were obtained over the catalyst at 50 ℃ with a short induction period. As a new kind of amelioration technique, the treatment of glow discharge plasma enhanced effectively the adhesion and interaction between the metal and the support, then obtained a new active material with superior surface property and catalytic performance. The cerium oxide promoter can improve the catalyst performance, and the PVP modification can improve the catalyst stability.
