浅析游泳教学计划改革的意义

摘　　要：调查研究改革前后的游泳专业教学计划 ,经对比分析和系统论证后 ,认为新的游泳专业教学计划 ,在结构上更加科学 ,在内容上更加合理 ,在教学过程上更加实效 ,将会使游泳专业的教学管理更加规范化 ,对学员的能力掌握更有针对性 ,教学效果更佳 ,同时为今后的发展和调整提供了良好的发展空间。This paper carries out a research in the changes of swimming teaching plan before and after the teaching reform. After making a contrast analysis and a systemic argumentation, the new teaching plan is proved to be more scientific on the construction, more reasonable on the contents, and more efficient on the teaching process. It will make swim teaching management more standardable, so as to make it convenient for the teacher to learn about students' abilities. Thus it will achieve better teaching effect, and provide a better space for future development and adjustment.
