摘　　要：通过对上海市优秀运动队“体教结合”运作情况的历史和现状进行调查,对“体教结合”的教学模式、教学地点、教学计划、时数、教学管理、教学质量及运动员将来择业进行分析、思考,并提出建议。The authors investigated the history and the present situation of the ' Combination ofTraining and Teaching ' of Shanghai's elite sports teams and made an analysis and suggestions on thepatterns of teaching, place of teaching, teaching program, teaching hours, teaching administration andthe employment of athletes after their retirement.
