摘　　要：对海洋平台安全关断系统做了综述性的描述,在系统硬件组成和特点等方面进行了详细的阐述,对系统的逻辑设计进行了分析,最后说明该系统在海洋工程中的实际应用。In order to ensure the offshore platform to operate safety with high efficiency under atrocious environment and to protect the marine environment around the platform,great attention has to be paid to the safety shutdown system of the platform.In this article,the shut down system is summarized generally,the characteristics and hardware of this system are described in detail,the logical design philosophy for this system is analyzed as well.Finally,an example is given in order to account the further application of this system in actual offshore platform.
