老年性白内障患者血清维生素E水平的变化

摘　　要：为探讨老年性白内障(SC)的病因,测定了SC患者血清维生素E水平,并与正常对照组进行了比较。结果表明,SC患者血清维生素E水平为23.83±8.68μmol/L,正常对照组为37.94±12.19μmol/L,二者相比有显著差异,表明SC患者体内抗氧化能力下降。因此,维生素E缺乏可能是SC发病原因之一,适量应用维生素E有助于防治老年性白内障。The serum vitamin E(VE)levels in patients with senile cataract(SC)and in normal subjects were determined and compared.The result showed that the serum level of VE as an antioxidant in SC patients was significantly lower than that in normal subjects(P<0.001).It is concluded that the deficiency of VE may lead to the development of SC, and thus appropriate administration of VE could be benificial to the preven-tion and treatment of senile cataract.
