咽侧壁运动对咽后壁瓣术后语音效果的影响

摘　　要：对33例咽后壁瓣术后的患者进行了语音效果检查和与颅底X线片测量对比的研究,以观察咽侧壁运动对患者语音效果的影响。结果显示咽侧壁的运动度、咽后壁瓣宽度及其在垂直水平的位置,对咽后壁瓣术后语音效果有显著影响。为取得腭裂患者术后良好的语音效果,术前应对咽侧壁运动作出准确评价,并据此设计咽后壁瓣的类型和宽度。The subjects in this study consisted of 33 patients who had undergone pharyngeal flap surgery in our hospital.They were checked up by all-side pronounciation and measure of basal X-ray view in order to obserw the effect of lateral pharyngeal wall movement and the speech results.According to the observation,the degree,symmetry of th lateral pharyngeal wall motion and width,level of pharyngeal flap affected the speech results.So we must evalate the lateral pharyngeal wall move-ment objectively and exactly,then choose the type and width of pharyngeal flap.
