影响大肠癌预后因素的探讨(90例大肠癌病理组织学研究)

摘　　要：对90例大肠癌手术切除标本进行了回顾性临床病理学研究,结合随访资料,探讨了7项病理学参数与预后的关系。结果表明,Dukes分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、生长方式、淋巴结反应类型及癌前缘纤维组织反应与预后均有密切关系;癌周淋巴细胞浸润对预后影响较小。Some pathological features of specimens resected from 90 patients with large bowel cancer were studied retrospectively.With the following-up data,the main attention was paid to the relationship between seven factors and the prognosis of the patients.The results showed that Dukes′stage,growth pattern,degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,the type of fibrous tissue hyperplasia and lymph node reaction pattern were markedly related to the prognosis of the patients with large bowel cancer.These factors can be used as important prognostic indicators to the tumor.Lymphocyte infiltration around tumor had a little influence on the prognosis.
