摘　　要：目的　评价白内障小切口双刀平面劈核法摘出及人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法　对 2 14眼行小切口双刀平面劈核法非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果　术后第 1天、第 3天和 3月裸眼视力在 0 5以上者分别为 2 6 7%、68 7%、86 0 %。术中、术后并发症较少。结论　双刀平面劈核法切口小、损伤小、并发症少。Objective To evaluate the effect of cataract extraction by s mall incision double knife plane nucleus cutting and implantation of artificial lens Methods Operation of cataract extraction by small incision doub le knife plane nucleus cutting and implantation of artificial lens was preforme d on 214 eyes Results The percent of naked eyesight of over 0 5 in the first day,the third day and the third month after operation was 26 7%, 68 7% and 86 0% respectively Complication seldom occurred during and after the operation Conclusion Doudle knife plane cutting is easy to perform,very safety and has few damages and complications,thus an ideal operation for hard nu cleus of cataract
