中国生物医学文献光盘数据库中“家庭疗法”、“寄托治疗”文献主题标引分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解中国生物医学文献光盘数据库 (CBMdisc)的主题标引质量 ,提高文献检索的查全率和查准率。方法 :对CBMdisc中心理疗法的下位主题词“家庭疗法”、“寄托治疗”文献的主题标引进行分析。结果 :“家庭疗法”的概念被混同于“在家治疗” ,错标率 70 %以上。“寄托治疗”的概念被混同于“住院治疗” ,错标率 10 0 %。结论 :CBMdisc心理疗法的下位主题词错标严重 。Objective: To know the quality of subject indexing of CBMdisc in crease the complete rate and correct rate of literature search.Methods: Conduct analysis on subject indexing of literature of sub-subjects of psychological treatment in CBMdise “Family Therapy”,“Residential Treatment”.Results: The concept of “Family Therapy” is confused with “treatment at home”,the wrong indexing rate is above 70%.That of “Residential Treatment” is confused with “hospitalization treatment”,the wrong indexing rate is 100%.Conclusion: There's a severe wrong indexing in sub-subject of psychotherapy in CBMdisc,we should pay attention and prevent wrong search in literature search.
