摘　　要：目的　研究ras基因表达与恶性多形性腺瘤 (MPA)预后的相互关系。方法　随访 4 0例MPA ,应用免疫组化SABC技术检测ras基因产物 (rasp2 1)在MPA中的表达情况。结果　rasp2 1阳性的患者生存率显著高于阴性 (P <0 .0 1) ,生存期亦显著延长 ;未复发组的rasp2 1阳性率显著高于复发组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　rasp2Objective To study the expression of ras gene and the prognosis of malignant pleomorphic adenoma(MPA). Methods SABC immunohistochemical technique was used in paraffin embedded tumor tissues from 40 MPA samples which were followed up. Results The survival rate of the patients with positive expression was higher than those with negative expression( P <0.01). Furthermore, the survival stage of the patients with positive expression was significantly elongated. The positive rate of the non recurrent group was higher than the recurrent group. Conclusion The expression levels of ras gene correlated significantly with the prognosis of patients with MPA.
