癫痫患儿的心理障碍和心理治疗的临床研究

摘　　要：目的　了解癫痫患儿的心理障碍 ,应用心理学的原理、方法和技巧来改善患儿的心理障碍。方法　对 10 4例癫痫患儿的心理状态 ,进行评估 ,在抗癫痫药物治疗的同时 ,其中 42例经正规的心理咨询方式进行分析、支持、认知、行为治疗及统合训练。结果　 80 %的患儿存在不同程度的心理障碍 ,其中情绪异常 84例 ( 80 % ) ,交往障碍 5 6例 ( 5 3 % ) ,统合障碍 42例 ( 4 0 % ) ,适应能力差73例 ( 70 % ) ,自卑心理退缩行为 3 8例 ( 3 6% ) ,学习困难 2 7例 ( 2 6% ) ,42例经心理治疗后 ,心理障碍者明显减少 ,患儿症状明显改善 ,生活质量提高 ,心理治疗与未经心理治疗者相比疗效显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　多数患儿因心理障碍影响生活能力及生活质量 ,心理治疗是消除或减轻患儿心理障碍提高生活质量的有效治疗方法 ,应定为癫痫治疗常规的不可缺少的组成部分。Objective To study the psychological disturbance of epileptic children and use physiological methods to treat the symptoms.Methods Psychological status of 104 epileptic cases were evaluated .All patients were treated with anti-epileptic medicine.In the mean time,42 cases also treated with psychological methods.Results 80% of epileptic children have some degree of psychological disturbance.Among them,mood changing 84 cases(80%),social problem 56 cases(53%),mal-adapton73cases(70%)self-abasement 38 cases(36%),study problem 27 cases (26%).42patients after psychological treatment,the symptoms improved very much,quality of life also improved. The effect of psychological treatment group is much better than that of non-treatment group(P<0.01). Conclusion Psychological disturbance affected adversely the competence and quality of life in majority of the epileptic children. Psychological treatment is an effective method for eliminating or reducing Psychological disturbance and improve the life quality of epileptic children.The psychological treatment should be treated as one of the routine methods.
