头帽肌激动器与肌激动器矫治骨性Ⅱ类错颌的对比研究

摘　　要：目的 :对比研究头帽肌激动器 (Headgear -Activator -HGA)和肌激动器 (Activator)治疗安氏Ⅱ类错颌的疗效。方法 :对 40例骨性安氏Ⅱ类错颌病例随机分为两组 ,分别用Activator或HGA进行治疗 ,常规拍摄术前、术后X线头颅侧位片进行分析 ,对结果进行T检验。结果 :采用HGA组在矢状方向能获得更多的骨改进 ,ANB角显著减小 ,并能显著降低下前牙的唇倾。结论 :HGA比肌激动器能更好地刺激下颌生长 ,并减少其副作用。Objective:The effects of Headgear-Activator-HGA and Activator were compared,which were used to correct the Class Ⅱ malocclusion.Method:40 Class Ⅱ malocclusion cases were selected and divided into two groups freely.One group was treated with HGA,another group was treated with the Activator appliance.Lateral cephalometric photographys were taken before treatment and immediately after treatment.All films were tracted and analysised.The data were analysised with T test.Result:The greater sagittal skeletal growth was obtained in HGA group than in Activator group.Angle ANB was reduced greatly.The proclination of lower incisors were decreased.Conclusion:It can be safely said that the the HGA has greater effect in correction of the Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
