表面麻醉下超声乳化白内障吸除及人工晶体植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨表面麻醉下白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术的有效性、安全性和可行性。方法 :表面麻醉下行各种白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术 5 87例、6 2 5眼 ,观察其麻醉效果 ,术中、术后并发症及术后视力等。结果 :6 2 5眼表麻成功率为 99.74 %。术后 1d和 1月 81.6 %和 92 .0 %的术眼裸眼或球镜矫正视力达到或超过 0 .5。术中、术后并发症与常规麻醉无差异。结论 :表麻下白内障超声乳化吸除及人工晶体植入术安全可行 ,且操作简便 ,患者痛苦小 ,视力恢复快 。Objective :To investigate the effect,safety and feasible of topical anesthesia for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.Methods:Fifty hundreds and eighty-seven cases were performed phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation with topical anesthesia.The effect of anesthesia ,the complication during and after operation, and the postoperative visual acuity were observed. Results:The anesthesia successful rate was 99.74%. The proportions of uncorrected visual acuity or with spherical correction of 0.5 or better were 81.6% and 92% respectively at one day and a month after the operation. The complication, vision was equivalent to peribulbar and postocular anesthesia. The complications included tear of the posterior capsule(1.92%),subluxation of the lens(0.32%), endophthalmitis (0.16%). Conclusion:Topical anesthesia for phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective. It is less of pain and quick in vision recovery.It can avoid kinds of complications resulting from peribulbar and postocular anesthesia.
