脑卒中患者血浆内皮素与降钙素基因相关肽含量的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的　测定脑卒中患者血浆内皮素 (endothelzhe ,ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (calcitonihgene re latedpepticle ,CGRP)含量 ,探讨其疾病治疗前后的变化及意义。方法　采用放射免疫分析技术 (RIA) ,对4 1例脑梗死患者和 4 0例脑出血患者的急性期与恢复期血浆 ,分别作ET和CGRP分析 ,并用 33例健康对照者作比较。结果　脑卒中患者血浆ET含量 ,在 2 0天内均明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,但治疗后有所下降 ;血浆CGRP含量在疾病的急性期明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,第 2 0天恢复正常。结论　在脑卒中的急性期 ,血浆ET及CGRP均升高 ,并与脑损伤程度呈正相关 。Objective To measure the content of plasma endothelin(ET)and calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)in patients with cerebrovascular accident and study the changes and meanings of ET and CGRP before treatment and posttreatment.Methods Analyze the content of plasma ET and CGRP during acute and recovering time in 41 patients with ischemic stroke and 40 patients with hematencephal on using radioimmunoassay(RIA)and the concentration of plasma ET and GCRP were compared with control group composed of 33 healthy persons.Results The content of plasma ET in patients with cerebrovascular within 20 days was markedly higher than control group(P<0.01) and decreased a little after treatment;the content of plasma CGRP was obvionsly higher than control group at the acute phous of the disease(P<0.01) and became normal at the 20th day.Conclusion The content of plasma ET and CGRP both rose during the acute phous of cerebrovascular accident and were related to the extent of the brain injury;indicate the content of plasma ET and CGRP play important roles during the course of disease.
